The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical aspects of Discovery Park (愉景新城) in Tsuen Wan.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in either building services, electrical or mechanical engineering from Institute of vocational education;
• Experience in building maintenance of residential properties is preferable;
• Fluency Cantonese and English (written / verbal) are essential;
• Computer literacy with good knowledge in Word Processing, Excel & Powerpoint;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
