Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls and greeting / serving clients;
Clerical support to administration, QS and engineering department.
Assist in general routine administrative duties such as preparing and filing daily report, arrange maintenance of office machineries etc.
Others ad-hoc assignments are required.

Requirements

F.5 standard or above with at least 2-3 years relevant working experience;
Cheerful personality, well-organized, self-initiative and good communication skill;
Polite with good telephone manner is required;
Proficiency in MS office, Chinese and English typing;
Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese; and
Immediate available is highly preferred
