Job Description
- Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience in property management
- Experience in building construction, maintenance or renovation projects an advantage
- Holder of safety card
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Maintenance Officer
