Responsibilities:

• Monitor projects in various system to ensure on time delivery
• Ensure the scope of project development is within budget and schedule
• Liaise with users and IT department to prepare user requirements (UR) and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare system operational guideline and procedure for users
• Facilitate and develop a smooth workflow control on daily processing
• Prepare reports for management review and participate in internal control

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 2 years in business re-engineering, operations streamline and/or MIS reporting
• Experience in insurance industry is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Sensitive to figures and with strong logical and analytical skills
• Detailed mind and the ability to handle uncertainty
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft application and writing skills are preferable
