Responsibilities

• Responsible for Design Management from conceptual, design development, construction to completion
• Instruct and coordinate with in-house designer/external design consultants to produce suitable design
• Preparation of feasibility study and design scheme for internal review
• Review project design drawings including selection of materials and make recommendations
• Supervise site works to ensure the quality achievement
• To work under Project Management Department to ensure quality design delivery

Requirements

• Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in high class residential / commercial project design with major  developers / consultants
• Knowledgeable in local regulations and design requirement
• Innovative, creative and possess strong design skills
• Good at design detailing
• Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Occasional travel to PRC / Macau / Overseas may be required
