Responsibilities

- To assist the project team to prepare layout plans and shop drawings with technical details

- Handle full set of drafting and drawings for fit-out projects submission

- To liaise and coordinate with clients / designers/ contractors and project teams

- Onsite work for measurements will be necessary

Requirements

- Diploma or high diploma in Building Service is preferable

- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience

- Working experience in CAD drafting and drawings preparation preferably in fitting-out project

- Proficient in AutoCAD drawing

- Good PC knowledge in MS office, Excel & Chinese word processing

- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese

- Good coordination skills

- Self-motivated, well organized, efficient and ability to work independently

- Immediate available is an advantage
