Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance program
- Supervise technician and contractors to carry out daily maintenance and improvement work
- Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown
- Prepare quotation, tender document and budget for repair and maintenance work
- Assist in renovation project and improvement work
- With experience in managing MVAC system with chiller plant
- Perform the duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in property & facilities management
- Monitor daily repair and maintenance works
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC operation and MS office
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
