• University / Higher Diploma graduate (construction / structural / mechanical / material engineering or equivalent);
• Work history in construction / engineering company is preferred;
• Experienced in construction or job site for project supervision / management / builder's work;
• Experienced in site validation and rolling programme update and report;
• Well understanding of building plans & shop drawings;
• A thorough understanding of metallic fabrication processing;
• Knowledge of architectural metallic products fabrication & installation;
• Knowledge of simple lighting components (flood / fluorescent / LED);
• Strong communication with skills on issues resolution;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin;
• Familiar with CAD and/or MicroStation is an advantage but not a must;
• Capable to hand sketching is essential;
• Able to work independently with driving license in HKG preferably;
• Travel to China may be required;
• Night installation supervision may be required.
