Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Engineering or relevant discipline 
• Professional qualification is bonus
• With 20 years project management experience for Building Services projects, both Consultant and Contractor side, but ideally in E&M Contractors
• Directly Reporting to Managing Director, responsible to lead and oversee all  projects in HK
• Lead and Manage all departments and provide overall guidance and advises
• Prepare and execute business strategic plan, sales forecast and report
• Strong leadership with business sense, presentable, good communication skills and coordination skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Director
