Responsibilities

• Preparation of budget / quotation based on design provided by in-house designer.
• Preparation & assessment of tender documentation, pricing & submission.
• re and post tender / contract negotiation, administration and monitoring.
• Review subcontractors' quotation.
• Certification of subcontractor interim valuations and final accounts.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 3-10 years relevant working experience in local construction industry, preferably in interior fitting-out projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimation.
• Extensive knowledge to the conditions of contract generally used in Hong Kong.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• A test will be held at interview for the preparation of a simple Bill of Quantities / Schedule of Rate including taking-off and build-up of quantities.
