Responsibilities:

• Handle contracts administration, measurement, valuation, cost control and all aspects of post contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contract;
• Manage the preparation of payment application, variation, claims and following up the payment certification;
• Involve with the negotiation and settlement of final account;
• Provide extensive support to the Project Team on contractual matters;
• Assist in generating internal and external reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in quantity surveying field with fitting-out contractor
• Strong numerical sense especially in claims, cost and contractual aspects.
• able to work under pressure.
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budgets & cost control and settlement of final account.
• Well versed in MS Office applications.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, written and spoken
