Duties & Responsibilities :

• Handle project on-site management
• Preparation of design drawings, construction drawings
• Liaison and coordination with clients and sub-contractors
• Project management including budget and quotation preparation, project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma holder of interior design or equivalent;
• 1-2 years experience in interior design field is preferred;
• Knowledge of MS Office, Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to handle full set of working drawing
• Good work co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills;,
• self-motivated, hardworking and independent
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime to meet the tight schedule
• Immediately available is preferred
