• Relevant degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with Honours or Higher Level degree
• Corporate Membership with recognized institutions (IStructE & HKIE) with Chartered status or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years Post-Chartered experience
• Candidates with experience of more than 5 years will be considered for the position of Senior Engineer
• Candidates must be experienced in the field of Building Structures and must possess the ability to develop the structural frame system from Architectural Drawings
• Candidates must possess the ability to check structural design (computer models, calculations) and details
• Candidates must be familiar through prior usage of computer software such as ETABS, SAP2000
• Experience in high rise structures and Seismic Analysis & design will be an advantage
• Design experience with ACI 318 & UBC will be an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Chinese will be an advantage
• Working level understanding of General Conditions of Building Contract
• Experience with using Revit to enable power point presentations will be an advantage
• Cost Optimization carried out for structures will be an advantage
