The Job

• Client: A Main Contractor
• Position: BIM Manager / BIM Engineer
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model changes; 
  • Work closely with different parties including consultants and internal operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with designs and the usage of BIM models. 
• $30-70K, medical, bonus;

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in architectural/engineering or related disciplines;
• HKIBIM is required for BIM Manager position
• 3 years or above relevant experience;
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences  (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experienced candidates will be considered Assistant BIM Manager / BIM Engineer
