Rocco Design Architects Limited is seeking Assistant Project Manager for an institutional project in Hong Kong. The minimum qualifications required for the posts shall be as follows:

Assistant Project Manager (APM)

• Full member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS).
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience as a Building Surveyor. Project management experience of large scale A&A projects and at least 4 years of experience in private practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 3 years in the capacity of a Assistant Project Manager during construction phase is highly preferred.
• Coordination skill to develop and resolve design coordination and tendering issues is pre-requisite.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4# or above in English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
