Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounting bookkeeping of Macau entity, including AP, AR, etc.
- Responsible in the various daily functions of accounts receivable (AR), and ensure sound internal control and compliance with finance regulations, policies and accounting standard of the Company
- Ensure all the billings and receipts are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor, update and follow up closely with Customers (AR) / Vendors (AP) on overdue payments
- Prepare bank-in documents, payment vouchers and perform reconciliation
- In charge of petty cash payment, reimburse for outlets and staffs expenses claims
- Prepare monthly GTO submission to various landlords
- Manage all related tenants’ rental charges and utilities
- Provide timely report for month-end closing, regular management reports and ad-hoc data as needed by the business
- Liaise with internal and external parties, such as HQ, vendors and auditors
- Handle other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting or any related discipline
- 3 years working experience in financial/commercial accounting
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
