1) Accounts Clerk

Duties: 

• Handle payment and prepare daily bank deposit
• Typing of invoice and posting to accounts
•   Prepare receipt vouchers and daily posting report
•   Liaise with clients 
•   Data entry
• Handle Accounts receivable and statements
• Follow up customers' enquiries and outstanding due
• Handle tradelink declaration and filing 

Requirements: 

•   Diploma with   1 to 2 years related exp is also welcome
• Less experience / Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
•   Immediate available is highly preferred 

2) Customer Service / Logistics Clerk

Duties:

• Perform the order-processing
• Be responsible for following up the customer orders.
• Coordinate with Japan Head Office to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Prepare shipping document
• Handle customer enquiries
• Provide full support to the team for daily activities

Requirements

• With 1-2 years working experience a plus
• Good command of English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
• Knowledge of Japanese / Korea Language is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
