Responsibilities:

• Supervising the accounting staff in daily operations including vouchers and payment requisitions
• Prepare monthly management accounts and schedule of the company and its subsidiaries
• Assist in preparing annual and interim financial reporting package
• Co-ordinate / Participate in annual audit and tax computation
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested by management from time to time
• Continuously looking to optimize processes and procedures
• Travelling to PRC may be required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate industry and/or auditing;
• HKICPA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is an advantage
• Hands on, proactive and able to work independently;
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good languages skills in both Chinese and English

Remuneration:

We offer 5-days work week and an remuneration package with double pay to commensurate with qualifications and working experience to the right candidates. Fringe benefits for staff include annual leave, examination leave and medical scheme.
