Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain online system
To perform first line problem detection and escalation.
Operational support, troubleshooting and problem diagnosis

Requirements

Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years related experience in a Helpdesk environment
Proficient skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML,Dreamweaver.
Excellent on windows server 2003-2008, Active Directory
Good presentation, analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
