Job Description:
Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements;

• Implementing and monitoring A/R, A/P, payment and settlement operations;
• Support data entry and handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare monthly management accounts;
• Prepare financial analysis and related reports on a regular basis;
• Handle other ad hoc duties and assignments when required

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of accounting experience in a commercial firm
• Proficient in MS Office and well versed in Excel, knowledge of Accounting Software is an advantage
• Attention to details and problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities, analytical, trustworthy and able to work independently
• Hardworking, team player and willing to learn;
• Immediate available is preferred.
