Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties and administrative support;
• Handle office and equipment maintenance, filing and record management;
• To handle daily accounting operation; issue cheque for payments,
• To assist account receivable (AR) and account payable(AP) reporting on month end closing

Requirements:

• - F.5 graduate or above preferably experienced in Accounting / related experience
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills
• - Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• - Candidates with less relevant experiences / fresh graduates are also welcome Proficiency in MS office ( Excel, Word )
• - Must be stable, well-organized, hard-working, responsible and detail mined
• - Immediate available is highly preferred
• - 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday Off),
• - Immediately Available is Preferred
