Our client is an reputative law firm in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant/Clerk to their dynamic F&A Team. This role will be directly reporting to 1 Senior Accountant and Finance Manager. Ideal candidates with F&A experiences in any international or reputable local law firms will be beneficial.   

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily accounting for accounting and management purposes
• Responsible in accounts payable, accounting reports and bank reconciliations
• Assistance of month end closing duties
• Assist in the preparation of  voucher, cheque payment, petty cash and expenses reimbursement 
• Assist with ad-hoc assignment  when necessary 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalence 
• Minimum 2 years of accountancy experiences (AP or AR assistant role preferred) gained from any International law or reputable local firms will be an advantage 
• Good in MS office, outlook, words power point and  Excel (Pivot Table) 
• Experienced in using Elite -3E system will be an absolute advantages 
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available are highly preferred
