MAIN DUTIES

• Handle daily accounting duties including data entries, invoicing, vouchers and payment 
• Handle full sets of account preparation and month end closing
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing an annual audit
• Perform other ad hoc assignments / clerical duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in accounting or with LCCI Level 2 or accounting knowledge has an advantage
• 2-3 years related experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications 
• Knowledge of accounting software –preferably Quickbooks
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and self-motivated
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred

Working location: Central, Hong Kong 

We offer attractive remuneration package including 5 days work per week, 12 days annual leave, 13 months salary, medical insurance and education allowance etc. to the right candidates.
