Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance (outstanding qualification is preferred)
• At least 5 yrs relevant experience of which 3 yrs in a supervisory or managerial level
• With at least 3 yrs audit experience plus 3-5 yrs commercial accounting listed experience is highly preferable (Big Four Audit preferable)
• Audit experience with listed Clients also be considered  
• Proficiency in PC and Ms. Office application.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Stable, Smart, Energetic & Pleasant
• Immediate Available is highly preferable

 Responsibilities : 

• To lead finance team on day-to-day operational finance and accounting duties
• Handle full set of accounts for the company including month-end closing, group consolidation and financial instruments
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, management reports and other analysis
• Assist in budget & forecast and audit & tax issues
• Reconcile, analyze, and resolve questions regarding general ledger accounts
• Perform ad hoc projects / assignments as required
