Responsibilities:

-          Prepare Daily accounting vouchers, data entries and filing

-          Monitor accounts receivable, customer billing, account preparation, payment processing

-          Monitor Accounts payable, checking invoices, prepare for payment, accounts vouchers

-          Bank reconciliations, maintain up to date accounts records, prepare monthly account reports

-          Cash and expense processing and reconciliation

-          HR Payrolls and MPF processing

-          Prepare financial reports.

-          Other ad-hoc administration

-          Assist in other general duties when required

 Requirements:

-          Form 5 or above with LCCI level 1

-          At least 2 years accounting  experience

-          Good working knowledge of HK Accounting Standards and ability to work with a General Ledger

-          Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, some Putonghua preferred

-          Proficient Ms Office and Chinese word processing, comfortable using different computing systems

-          Hard working, detail minded, self-motivated, well organised and willing to learn

-          Right to work in HK

-          Immediately available preferred

 Benefits:

-          Salary HK$15-17,000 per 12 months, depending on candidate

-          Ability to grow with an established but expanding company

-          5 day week, 10 days holiday plus bank holidays, time in lieu for extra time worked
