We are seeking an exceptional candidates for our post of Administration Officer / Assistant to join our team to bring greater success to the company. 

Main Job Duties: 

• Assist in project operation related activities including coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers and sites project team and response to general enquiries
• Assist in project data updates, PO processing and costing analysis
• Assist in managing specific project progress, well filing system and regular communication
• Provide daily office administrative duties and general secretariat support to directors
• Immediate available 

Requirement: 

• Form 6, diploma holder of business administration or other related courses
• LCC intermediate accounting certificate or above
• 2-3 years working experience, preferable in interior design, architecture or construction industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Hardworking, responsible, willing to learn and work overtime
• Good team player
• Good career prospect and exposure
• Applicants with less than 1 year experience but with good potential will also be considered as Administration Assistant.
