RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide professional HR services in the area of recruitment & selection, including job advertisement revision and posting, CV screening, interview arrangements, negotiating and presenting offers;
• To support the on-board logistics
• To prepare employment contracts
• To provide administrative support to Group HR Director
• To assist in departmental administrative and clerical support
• To perform ad hoc HR, Training and Administration duties as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years’ experience in HR is an advantage
• Strong team player, pro-active, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
