General Clerk

Job Duty:

• Send PO to factories and follow up deliveries;
• Receive goods and inform relevant parties;
• Manage accurate & on time shipment;
• Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence and phone calls;
• Liaise with factories and colleagues in China;
  

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or IVE and above;

• Self-motivated & able to work independently, sometime overtime;
• Detail-minded, organized & willing to learn;
• Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua & English
• Good computer knowledge

Similar working experience will be appreciated but fresh graduate will also be considered.
