Assistant Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general administrative duties including office supplies and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain internal database and a filing system for company documents
• Monitor and control routine office expenses
• Assist the administrative officer in managing daily HR & accounting operation.
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English  
• Holder of Diploma or above
• Proactive and strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

We offer 5 days working hour (Mon – Fri 9:00 – 18:00)

High Smart Engineering Limited is providing a variety of technical services and engineering services with good quality to support different customers.

Technical services include maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft engine transportation stands and GSE tooling.  It supports Rolls Royce engine type Trent500, Trent700, Trent800, and XWB for relevant civil aircraft type Airbus A340, A330, A350, and Boeing 777. Engineering services include design, build, modification and fabrication of engine stand storage racks, aviation steel racks, ATA300 shipping containers, indoor and outdoor steel structural works.

High Smart is assigned by the manufacturer Hydro System KG as the local service provider supporting all customers in Hong Kong and Macau. Our major customers are Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited, Rolls Royce plc, Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering company Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways and Hong Kong Airline.
