Our client is a fast growing online travel agency with loyalty program and competitive edge of market segmentation. They are now looking for an Administrative Operation Officer to join their team 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing general clerical services and documentary support to the team
• Provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services to clients and handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superiors / Manager
• Online and Offline OTA support

Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE of above, preferably with Certificate / Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in travel agents
• Proficient is MS Office application and familiar with Galileo System is a MUST
• Experience in MICE is an advantage
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (both in Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated with business sense and able to work independently
