Position

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Counseling Team and handle students' application process for overseas boarding schools and universities.
• Assist in data collection, document verification, test date sign-ups, logistics planning, deadline monitoring and other routine admin duties as required throughout the year.
• Maintain frequent communication with families and students.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as per required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a keen interest in the Education sector.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with good communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work flexibly under tight deadlines and in dealing with different time zones and cultures.
• Overseas experience is an advantage but not a must.
