Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of the building
• Supervise frontline staff to deliver quality services, and monitor the performance of contractors
• Handle enquiries and complaints
• Perform administrative tasks such as daily report and other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor 
• Monitor the landscape of the building
  
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Property Management industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good at MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  
• Hardworking, detailed minded, well-organized and have good interpersonal skill
