Job Descriptions:

Handle full spectrum of human resources support service;

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertisement, arranging interview sessions, etc;

Preparation of payroll and medical scheme administration;

Prepare headcount & personnel statistics reports for management’s review;

Employees’ Compensation administration & leave record update;

Support internal training events and administrative duties;

Handle ad-hoc staff functions & training activities.

Required Profile

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, fresh graduate with interest in HR may also be considered;

1 year working experience in human resources, preferably with exposure in sizable companies;

Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance;

Self-motivated, good team player and high initiative;

Proficient in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing;

Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese;

Occasional business travels and overtime on rest days are required.
