This iconic Global Financial Group, with branches in 35 countries is expanding and they are now looking for a Corporate Assistant (MNC | Company Secretarial | Top-Tier Professional Services Group | Fresh Grad), newly created position, MNC environment and prospective career development, for their business operations.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and handle business registry or company formation reports
• Monitor, track and update primary corporate clients' profile
• Assist with business renewal documentations, BVI & offshore business related documents
• Communicate frequently with managers to eliminate avoidable errors
• Assist in the creation of support documentation
• Responsible with ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in Business/Finance/Accounting & Administration or equivalence
• Minimum 2 years' clerical or secretarial related working experience, highly preferred in Company Secretarial or administrative duties 
• Recent graduate with hardworking and willingness to learn attitude will also be considered
• Patient and polite phone manner is essential 
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skill; detail-oriented 
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
