Our client is a global 500 fortune company and now looking for a Human Resources Officer to join their company.

Responsibilities

• Report to HRM
• Assist in reviewing and revising Human Resources policies and procedures
• Coordinating recruitment activities including advertising, recruitment agency management, resume screening, interview arrangement, conduct employee background check and employment contract preparation
• Conduct an orientation program for new joiners
• Handle monthly payroll and yearly tax filing.
• Handle staff benefits administration
• Assist in training activities
• Handle employee compensation case
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records, including leave record administration
• Other Ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Immediate available is preferred
