Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Issue Purchase Order
- Communicate with the factory and vendors
- Maintain and update the purchase database records
- General Office Clerical Work, e.g. data entry, filing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in Jewelry industry
- Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese
- Must be responsible, attentive to details and accurate
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
