Job responsibilities: 工作職責：

●Responsible for general paperwork, managing documentation flows, including document registration and filing; 負責公文處理，嚴格遵守公司的檔保密制度，做好各項檔處理的流程，如檔登記、存檔等手續；

●Responsible for addressing internal queries from other staff members, e.g. matters in relation to MPF, group medical plan; 處理員工諮詢及申請事項，例如強積金、團體醫療保險等；

●Responsible for temporary out of office registration and compiling annual performance appraisal; 管理員工外出備案，統籌員工年度考核；

●Management and maintenance of office supplies and equipment; 辦公物資及設備管理、編制資產清單；

●Responsible for staff and office insurance claims, renewal of registration of company vehicle as well as insurance; 申購及管理僱員賠償保險、辦公室保險、公司車輛登記及保險等事項；

●Responsible for petty cash, miscellaneous expenses management, and relevant bookkeeping and liaison with the finance department in Mainland China.; 負責資金及費用管理，詳細項目記帳，並和內地財務同事協調聯絡；

●Assistance in preparation of meetings, in charge of drafting and issuing internal notice and work report; Entertainment of clients, in charge of hotel, flight and meeting venue bookings. 協助安排會議、出內部通告、請示等工作；接待外賓， 安排外部會議室、酒店房間、機票等；

●Compiling annual budget and in charge of other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 統籌年度的預算案申報；其他臨時任務和項目。

Requirements: 職位要求：

●Degree holder; 學士學位；

●Proactive, mature, detail-minded, well-organized and superb management skills; Previous experience in the finance industry is preferred; 良好的管理能力，溝通技巧，具備責任感、主動、誠實、細心、對金融行業熟識優先.
