Job Description
Our client is a well established jewellery design and manufacturing company. They are looking for a General Clerk providing data input and administrative support to the sales team in Hong Kong.
- 5.5 working days
- Bank holiday
- Discretional bonus
- Working location at Tsim Sha Tsui
The job:
- Provide clerical support to sales team on data input
- Enter data from various source documents into the computer system
- Prepare, compile & sort documents for data entry
- Verify data and correct data when necessary
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Provide general office administrative support including filing, scanning documents and answering phones
The person:
- Form 5 or above with relevant experience in data input, administrative or clerical support experience
- Experience of MS Excel & Word
- Attention to detail, well-organised, team player, responsible & independent
- Good communication, organisational & time management skills
