Job Duties: 

• Manage the structuring and distributing of syndicated loan transactions
• Proactively engaged in the origination of new business
• Perform research, marketing and presentations to prospective clients in relation to syndication
• Conduct credit analysis and identify credit weaknesses of potential business opportunities
• Prepare management information for internal review and external usage
• Be a business partner with various stakeholders throughout the whole process
• Supervise and coach junior team members

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with 8-15 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience in dealing with Mainland customers is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluent Putonghua
