Responsibilities:  

• Monitor the deployment (including UAT & issue log) and on-going support (including enhancement and patch updates) of centralized finance & accounting (F&A) applications for corporate, entities in PRC and multiple business units (BUs),
• Identify user requirements relating to F&A and communicate with external vendors/BUs along the development, enhancement and integration of different applications,
• Be responsible for system settings and configuration along the adoption of F&A applications such as setup of new companies, organization / entity structure, user roles and access rights, approval flows, analysis codes etc,
• Assist in formulation of F&A systems related policies and procedures,
• Compile report templates for data extraction from F&A applications for financial and management reporting purposes,
• Prepare user guide and system documentations, conduct training and skill transfer for new users/ regions and/or train the trainer of regional finance teams,
• Perform on-going review on F&A systems related workflows, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with information security, audit & regulatory requirements as well as continuing improvements.

Requirements: 

• University degree holder or above in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline,
• At least 4 years’ experience in corporate finance & accounting applications support,
• Hands-on experience in planning, deployment and enhancement of finance & accounting related ERP solutions,
• Knowledge in leading finance & accounting applications such as Oracle, SAP, Yonyou, Kingdee,
• Experience in real estate / construction industry,
• Experienced with SQL, Database, BI analytic tools will be a plus,
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua),
• Meticulous, analytical, well organized, excellent communication skills, independent, self-motivated and good team player.
