Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the growth of insurance products and services and meet business goals;
• Lead the projects related to insurance products such as RM workstation, online-banking, etc;
• Launch competitive products for distribution to the targeted segments and develop corresponding marketing plan and pricing strategy;
• Work with Sales Team on marketing plan and customer communication strategy;
• Liaise with internal and external business partners/product providers to provide quality products and services to the clients;
• Conduct product due diligence and ongoing review on products under management;
• Review the sales process and ensure it is in compliance with both internal and external standard or regulatory requirements;
• Prepare product training materials and conduct product training when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years' of solid experience in insurance product development and management preferably in retail and/or private banking fields;
• IIQE Paper I, III qualification;
• Experience in managing insurance products and distributing through multi-channels;
• Keen interest to develop career in banking industry and the passion for excellence;
• Strong ability to meet / exceed business targets assigned;
• Self-initiative, energetic, cheerful, task-oriented with pleasant personality;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is a must);
