Responsibilities:

• Handle authorization requests and provide transaction services to cardholders and merchants in our Chong Hing Bank Credit Card Authorization Center
• Handle lost / stolen card reporting; and conduct front-end fraud control and detection
• Support customer services hotline (inbound call)
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Secondary education
• Willing to perform 24-hour shift duty including weekends and public holidays (shift allowance will be provided)
• Experience in credit card authorization and/or customer services in banks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
