Responsibilities:

• Working in Loans Disbursement Section, manage (input and approve) loan drawdown and adjustments, facility set-up/extension and facilities drawn information in systems
• Ensure required collateral are properly lodged with the Bank and maintained in systems
• Handle change of loan terms of all loans and full/ partial loan repayments and redemption during loan life in systems
• Process LG renewal and cancellation
• Subject to business needs, job rotation to documentation team to handle facility letter and security documentation
• Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• 6 years’ solid experience in loans disbursement, loans servicing and/or documentation
• Knowledge on retail and wholesale banking products.  Understanding in handling corporate loan, cross-border transaction and/ or commercial property mortgage products would be an advantage  
• Detail-minded; good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
