Responsibilities:

• Perform invoice processing procedure and AML/CFT screen checking are performed and monitor irregularities in invoices to minimize risks
• Payment processing are properly performed and the prepayments are made within limit approved; report excess to Credit staff for approval
• Conduct cash processing and report large reduction and credit note amount to ensure that prepayment percentage are correctly set
• Manage operational review and survey to ensure that the receivables are factorable
• Perform credit control in order to avoid fraudulent transaction; Liaise with insurer closely to obtain adequate debtor limit to support client proposals
• Declare factored turnover to insurer and arrange payments of premium to ensure credit risk are well covered
• Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related business disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Trade Services, particularly in Factoring operation
• Strong knowledge on AML/CFT and fraud prevention controls, detection of red flags and relevant regulatory guidance;
• Excellent knowledge on ICC rules (UCP, URC, URR, ISBP, URDG)
• Experience in system migration and product development is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as efficient PC skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good team player, strong self-initiation and details-minded
