Our Client, a HK developer, is looking for Assistant Investment Manager (GP Surveyor) to take part in their real estate investment in HK and Overseas (not including China)

The Job:

• Conduct Project feasibility studies and supporting recommendations on potential investments for developing projects
• Analyze Real Estate market information and property transaction data
• Prepare investment appraisals, reports and presentations

The People:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Valuation, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in Consultancy firms, Developers or Land Department with solid experiences on land acquisition or valuation
• Professional qualification of HKIS/ RICS in General Practice is preferred
• Solid experience in real estate investment analysis with in-depth knowledge in the property market and economic environment in HK
• Strong analytical mind, Good presentation, Well-organised and Proactive
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
