about the job

• Perform trade modification, cancellation, and trade event processing
• Provide an efficient post-trade support by ensuring trade information flows efficiently through deal processing from front office to back office system and front-office to front office system
• Provide additional tasks needed to secure the front office system when necessary
• Prepare regular reports to related stakeholders for regulatory reporting and management reporting
• Adherence to the Bank's policies and instructions and working closely with different parties
• Procedures are updated with current processes
• Performs other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors

skills & experiences required

• University Degree holder with minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in Banking industry
• Good understanding of financial products and understanding of the operational risks involved in Fixed Income and FX products
• Professional computer skills - PC tools and applications, e.g. MS Office, VBA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be a good team player
• Work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
