Responsibilities:

• Directly report to Managing Director and Senior Management Strategy Committee.
• Lead and coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, master program, financial budget, procurement from tendering and contracting, obtaining all necessary government permits and approvals, monitoring consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Work effectively and smoothly with all parties to plan and design the project, supervise and monitor the design/works in progress/deliverables by all consultant teams and contractors to ensure that the entire project and process to meet all functional, operational and quality requirements. 
• Managing site team and conduct daily execution of the works to ensure the project to be within approved budget and timeframe with good quality level as executed under professional practice.
• Perform all duties diligently and effectively and maintain good level of team spirits with colleagues for project satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Registered building professionals to be preferred including architect, surveyor,  engineer; degree in Architectural, Building Engineering, Surveying or related   disciplines;
• Min. 8-15 years solid working experience on the relevant projects;
• Previous working experience on Mainland Residential projects;
• Must be stationed in Nanjing;
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English; and
• Independent, high integrity and responsible.
