Technical Assistant (Building Works)

• Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Building Surveying / Urban Renewal, Building Inspection & Maintenance / Building Technology & Management / Construction Engineering & Management from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or a technical institute/technical college or equivalent.

Technical Assistant (Building Services)

• Holder of Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) or a technical institute/technical college or equivalent.

Working Location: Wong Tai Sin/Shatin
