- 中五或以上程度;
- 2年工作經驗;包括玻璃幕牆, 鋁窗, 鋁板等之工程經驗
- 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語
- 懂讀寫中文; 懂閱讀英文
- 良好溝通技巧, 工作熱誠, 工作積極主動
- 懂得閱讀圖則，持有效平安咭 (綠咭)
- 持有安全督導員執照及 (T1)建築文憑優先
