Qualification/Requirements:

• University or High Diploma graduate;
• At least 2 years experience on fitting out projects;
• Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Office;
• Eager to adopt new technologies/system;
• Holder of Green Card preferable;
• Able to work in unstable working hours.

Job descriptions:

• To assist Q.S. Manager in setting up project budget control system and all aspects
• To coordinate with Project Manager to price tenders from clients;
• To prepare BQ/RFQ for pricing by sub-contractors/suppliers;
• To prepare internal project budget report;
• To prepare internal project cash flow report;
• To prepare material procurement budget;
• To analyze quotations submitted by sub-contractors/suppliers against the budget;
• To check, record and approve sub-contractors’ / suppliers’ payment application;
• To prepare cost variation reports to client;
• To negotiate VOs with clients’ QS;
• To prepare payment applications documents to clients as per contract payment terms;
• To prepare final account.
